Simple and basic requirements I ask of any vendor I use from a car wash to a plumber and for the first time an auto transport company about which I knew nothing of how, what when or why. Tom at Safe-Direct made it all very easy and the carrier was able to coordinate an agreed upon time to pick up and deliver. If you are expecting exact times and dates for pickup and delivery this will only be accomplished with some effort on your part to communicate with Safe - Direct and your assigned carrier. This is normal business as usual and with two way communication via phone and email, the delivery went smoothly and car arrived safely, in good condition and when expected. I would use this company again, check out their website.
