After looking through many different transport broker companies, I felt really discouraged, intimidated, and stressed out. I needed to move across the country soon and didn't have time for greedy, sketchy businesses. After looking through transport reviews, I came across Honesty First. Now, I didn't just use this company for the name, but because of what it standed for and excellent reviews- I wanted an honest broker who would treat me will all the respect a customer should receive (not like the rude and terrible customer service from other companies I got!) and explain how this business works.

Tom Miller always spoke with me and he was very helpful. Although I felt like he could have been a tad bit nicer and patient on the phone with me, I quickly gained trust in him and would say he overall gives great customer service. Yes, $200 or so is a lot to pay for a middle man (so it seems), but getting your car to where you want it and getting there in good, honest hands, is worth it to me. My car was picked up about 4 days later than I asked for (only as an estimate); so it wasn't anything too much to complain about. It arrived exactly on time though, and it made a HUGE difference in my moving and getting settled in.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company and Tom Miller to my family and friends. I would rate the whole experience a 9.5/10.
