Honesty First Auto Transport Exceeded Expectations

As this was the first time I have had my car transported, I was nervous about selecting the right company to care for my car and to transport it in a timely, cost acceptable manner (about $1100 Boston, MA to Austin, TX). After speaking with Tom, many of my fears were lessened. Tom walked me thorough the process in a quick and direct informational session. He answered all the questions I had and set up my pick up for the next day. Additionally, he checked in with me at several points of the process, promptly returning my calls and informing me how my car was proceeding to its destination. The driver, Tony, was equally exceptional in communicating expectations during the process and even dropped my car off earlier than the day quoted (arrived in 5 days; was quoted 10 days). It arrived a bit dirty (expected as it was transported on open carrier), but in good condition. Overall, Honesty First exceeded my expectations. I had heard horror stories about cars not being picked up and dodgy customer service, but I am pleased to report that this was not the case with my experience.
