I had to ship a vehicle to Washington State from New Jersey and after I tried a different carrier and the vehicle sat for ten (10) days without any call for pick up or assignment I spoke with Bob Sutton and got what I would say is the BEST service! Service that I never expected.
Bob walked me through the process in detail; telling me what it would take to get the vehicle picked up and moved and why. He explained every facet of the move; the details made it easier for me to understand because I had never done this before and I needed that clarity!
I would use this company again (and again) if I EVER need to ship again! They coordinated the process and got the job done and the honesty and integrity of Bob Sutton made it all happen just like he said it would!
In a world and business lacking honesty, integrity and customer service; this company is the standard by which other companies need to follow! Bob Sutton was awesome and I would recommend him and this company to everyone!! Call and ask for Bob Sutton!!!! You WILL NOT be sorry....and for the record....I was not a happy camper when I first talked to Bob because the "other" company I first (HUGE MISTAKE!!!) called did nothing.....Bob and this company did what they said because within less than a half hour the vehicle was booked to move! Oh, and I don't give compliments easily either....so this was worth the time!!
