Rodney was an impecable customer service respresentative. He was very attentive, very knowledgeable, and excellent in his craft. He has a wonderful personality and was very concerned about my needs. When I told him what I could pay, he was able to find a carrier within my budget. There were no additional charges ever put on me outside of the quote from Rodney. When setting up the order, he never rushed me off the phone but spent much of his day contacting me until we found the right match for me. His empathy and understanding toward me made me realize he was a stellar individual. He contacted me to inform me when the car would be picked up and checked with me on delivery. He called me to make sure, after I received the car that the service was done professionally. Rodney is a staunch professional and definitely an asset to your company. I would certainly recommend SHIP YOUR CAR NOW to others because of this GREAT customer service provided by Rodney.
