I was promised a pickup date - they were three weeks late when I cancelled. I was promised a refund - still waiting...
It has been my worst vehicle shipping experience ever. The only positive thing I can say is the customer service provided by Debbie - she seemed genuinely concerned about my problem. Which was much more than I can say about the girl they transfered my case to - she acted like there was nothing wrong about being three weeks late and I should stop annoying her!
