I contacted Sealand 4/24/2013 and paid them in full to delivery the vehicle from Missouri to California. They said it would be picked up 4/29/2013, but wasn't picked up that day.
Everytime I called, Frank would say the next day and hang up on me. He also said he would call back which he never did. After I put a bad review on your site, he called and said he had a truck lined up. He then had you remove the review. The vehicle was pickup 5/6/2013 and delivered 5/15/2013. I would never use this company again just for the fact he kept hanging up on us and he said we were not customers so you would remove the bad review I wrote 5/3/2013. I had poor customer service with this company.

PLEASE REFER TO OUR INDUSTRY STANDARD SHIPPING AGREEMENT. THIS CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE TOOK LONGER TO PICK UP BECAUSE THERE IS A LIMITED NUMBER OF CARRIERS THAT HAUL DUNE BUGGIES. A CARRIER BONUS WAS ADDED TO EXPEDITE THE ORDER SINCE 5 CARRIERS REFUSED TO BOOK THIS VEHICLE. OUR OFFICE MADE ZERO AND WE PAID A BONUS FROM OUR OFFICE AS COURTESY. CUSTOMER'S SPECIAL VEHICLE WAS SAFELY TRANSPORTED.
