PLEASE REFER TO OUR INDUSTRY STANDARD SHIPPING AGREEMENT.
THIS CUSTOMER'S CAR IS IN A VERY REMOTE LOCATION IN MINNESOTA THAT THE CARRIERS DON'T TRAVEL TO ESPECIALLY IN THE HIGH SEASON. WE ADDED A CARRIER BONUS AND THE CAR WAS STILL NOT PICKED UP BY ANY CARRIER. WE REFUNDED CUSTOMER BACK IN FULL PER THEIR REQUEST.
