The odometer was 99984 when the car was loaded onto the flat bed truck in Portland Oregon. It was read 100805 when it was delivered to Bakersfield California. I noted the original number 99984 was not recorded on the bill of of lading only after it left my house. The reading of 100805 was not recorded at the destination. The distance from the company's address in Salem to Bakersfield destination is 816 miles. 821 miles were driven on my car while it was supposed to be on a carrier. Save On Transportation was chosen for me by another broker company. I did not know the reputation of Save On Transportation until the different odometer reading prompted me to google on the company. I chose the broker company because it was rated A on bbb website. Save On Transport was rated F!.. It was such a disappointment. I do not disclose the broker company name here because I am filing the complaint separately. I work in a business that requires honesty and lots of licensure. I can see how a transportation company would hide behind the language on the bill of lading document to deliver such dishonest service. I am not able to provide the order number with Save On Transport since it was not recorded on the bill of Lading, thus the number 0000000000.
