I dispatched Save-On Transport to load an antique truck onto a Flatbed. My load & rate confirmation stated “Flatbed” and the rate confirmation were signed by Dave Galitsin the owner and driver.
The company showed up with a car carrier and they pulled themselves off the load.
Then I receive an invoice for $85.00 for a truck not used.
I replied that because you couldn't load the truck on your auto carrier you are not able to receive any compensation. My contract was for a Flatbed, not a car carrier. I even sent pictures of the truck.
That evening Dave Galitsin used a “PRIVATE NUMBER” to harass me on my personal cell phone all night long.
He forgot to block his number one time at 4am and I googled his number and it was his business’s phone.
21 calls ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT on 4/10/2014 then 16 calls ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT on 4/11/2014.
I have asked Dave to stop calling but he said he will continue to call me and that he doesn't care about the money.
