well the person who wrote the first report must be them. These guys are the lowest of the low in the business. I dispatch out over 500 cars a week and this company is the first one i have ever written about. Shame on them for the business they run. First the car shows up a week lake with no excuse besides they get there when they feel like it. second the car was trashed. third, please make sure they don't get your car.
