Been shipping cars for years...this is the WORST experience of my life. Saks brokered the job to United Auto Transport. Poor English speaking driver promised delivery at 8AM. Showed up at 2PM a mile away, said he would dump it there! Took hours, finally towed to my street, refused to help put in the garage . ONLY with holding payment made them help me push it into the garage (10 ft helping a 73YO guy..thanks a LOT)... ALL the time VERY rude rude rude!!! OMG These people are AWFUL!!!! Car had flat tire and damage, they claimed not their fault, we shall see. They were NOT prompt, gave very short warning of delivery, and then were 8 hours late and would NOT bring it to my garage, NEVER had service this bad!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE choice on MY part, lots of options.. From MY experience STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thad the customer made a stink of how the truck driver doesn't speak English properly . The timing the driver called was in morning for an afternoon drop off The truck company couldn't drive car into the over 65 community development . This was a race car and the tires had no pressure on top of it not running The driver still did the right thing after Thad went out of control to help him push the race car into his garage ....
