Beware and avoid! They will offer a lowball quote and go for the bump when you attempt to commit to their "service". I reluctantly accepted the bump in the price and gave him a $100 payment by CC. I asked Alex for an ETA for my car who said he would provide that within 48 hours. He never did. 4 days later I had to leave the country for business and I expected the car to be delivered within the 2 weeks that I had been gone for.

Upon my return, I called Alex to find out where my car was and found out that it hadn't even been loaded yet on a truck yet. He replied that he had to confirm my delivery with me before it would be loaded. Did the $100 deposit he required confirm my commitment? Apparently not.

So I grit my teeth and ask him when the next ETA is.... Well Sir, we need even more money to ship the car! Seriously? Alex, who at this point has become rude, says that the new truck cost more so I need to pay the difference! NO WAY! I have principles that wont let some jerk work me over for 2 separate price increases. I told him to cancel my order and I would move on to someone who will do as they say and use good business scruples not lie about shipping dates and jack the price up after they committed to a price. He then proceeded to insult me and literally question my manhood!

I recently secured the service with a legitimate shipper (not a broker) for a reasonable and competitive rate. 4 days after I told Alex that I refuse to do business with his unethical company, he charged my credit card $100. What a slimeball.

Don't believe their quotes and don't expect competent communications.

This was a potential customer that we never even shipped . When I get a schedule Todd was MIA . A week later after sending him a few emails and voice messages that I had a time schedule he responded I no longer need your service. Todd also replied any price you give me does't matter cause car is already picked up. Not to mention every schedule we give out needs to be confirmed before securing a time slot . This potential customer Todd is an owner of a used car lot and I am sure he has done this to other shipping companies busting chops and haggling . He was upset cause we followed up till he gave us a reply of what was going on with the order he placed . After doing a little research of why he went the extra yard to leave this extended review which was based off lies . Todd used his work email Armadillo Auto Sales . I had no choice to google reviews that customers left him. This is what was written. They sell you a car and break all promises on delivering on a written up contract .
