I used another company previously to ship 2 cars and wanted to use them as i shipped a 3rd car. i waited for over 2 weeks and every day was told it would be the next day, etc. I then decided to seek out a new company and found Alex at Saks Shippers, he knew we needed to get the car to Chicago as we had been waiting weeks for the other company. He kept in constant contact even well after business hours and was able to get my car shipped out within 24 hours. The driver was so nice and even took his shoes off to put my car on the trailer as the car he picked up before mine was stuck in mud. This was a great experience and I would recommend Saks Auto. i will definitely use them for all my future transport needs.
