Lies and Poor Customer Service

Never have I been treated so poorly by a business. I placed my order based on a quote of $250. I kept calling and emailing asking when my vehicle was going to be picked up. They responded saying, "We're waiting on dispatches." A week and a half after placing the order I got a call from someone I believe was named Dion (or something with a D) saying they could ship it for $700. Apparently they didn't look too closely at my request for a quote for a Toyota Tacoma pickup. They thought it was a compact car for some reason. And the guy on the phone tried to blame it on me. He said I made a mistake. I don't know what they saw in my request for a quote, but I placed the order for a Tacoma pickup. The salesman should have caught their mistake right then and not a week and a half later.

The salesman talked with the driver and told him I was confused, so they offered me $500 ($425 for the driver and $75 for Saks). I wasn't confused. This wasn't the first vehicle I've shipped, but I was being treated like a complete airhead. He flat out told me I was wasting my time trying to get it shipped for anything less than what they were offering. After being talked down to by the salesman I was willing to pay more to another company. I didn't have to, though. Nationwide Transport shipped it for $450 total and it was picked it up the day after placing my order. I could have gone with another company for even less, but after dealing with Saks I wanted a company that is reliable and well established.

Nearly a year after dealing with Saks they are trying to get this review removed. I was contacted a few weeks ago by Alex from Saks hoping to resolve the issue. There is nothing to resolve. I was treated poorly and they never completed the agreement. Then they contacted transportreviews.com and said I was never a customer and tried to get this review removed. I was able to provide my order confirmation to prove I was a customer. More lies. I wonder how many other bad reviews they were able to hide. Don't bother with this company. You MIGHT have a good experience, but it's not worth the risk.

Your not our customer . We never worked with anyone with this order number . The best is they were shipping a pick up truck and it was quoted as a small sedan for $250 but it priced at $700 then I got them a price for $500 and they think they spoke to a Dion . They dont even remember who they spoke with ... Please understand we have no one that ever worked here by the name of Dion .... All of our prices are always the cheapest. We offer all of our customers A rated service Thank you Alex
