Absolutely The Worst Customer Service

I used this company one time for a shipment. Ever since that I have been hounded with calls, texts, and emails from numerous people at STT Logistics. I have asked over 20 times to be removed from their list but I just keep getting emails and texts. They have blocked me so I can not call them anymore since I called so often to be removed! They seemingly have no way to remove you! Stay as far from this company as you can!

As you have asked 20 times, we also have asked 20 times to please send the names of the people that has been texting you and email to customer.service@sttlg.us and you haven't done that. We have tried MANY times to help you but you are the one that does not want to send us the information we need in order to help solve this matter.
