Fernando gets a 5 star rating for his ability to coordinate delivery, but he gets a zero for disrespect. Since I used his services, he has pestered my email and message accounts daily, often multiple times a day. I finally called him and spoke with him asking him to stop the harassment. He apologized and said he would. NOW A WEEK LATER, NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Maybe this review will get his respect to be kind and leave me alone.
