My Tesla Model 3 arrived a week later from California to Virginia but there was a small damage in the front of the car which the driver did not acknowledge when I pointed it out. Also I was allowed up to 100 pounds of stuff to load in my car for free and the driver said that I was not allowed to put anything in the car and wanted to charge me $200 extra. We settled for $100 dollars. But nothing was done about the damage that occurred to my car during the transport.
