Jerry quoted a price of $480 to ship my truck from GA to MO. I agreed to this price and sent a deposit of $170 to his company SG Carriers. He said I would receive a call with 24hrs notice indicating the pick up time. I never received a call so, I called him. He said he didn't know what I was talking about and to call him in the morning. When I told him I know the load was never booked he wanted to know how I knew that. He knew what I was talking about and he was surprised I had this information. I asked him for a refund of my deposit and he hung up on me. Fortunatley, he did refund the money. Before he did this he was threatening to "play games with me if that's what I wanted to do". I didn't want to play any games, I just wanted to have my vehicle shipped like the contract stated. I wish I would of seen these reviews before I booked the load. I wouldn't use this guy for anything, let alone shipping a valuble item!

this customer had the car on the board with 4 companies, probably he got the price for a little less and therefore wanted to cancel, many customers do this.
