Liars, didn't ever keep their word

First off, the guy who answers the phone is beligerant and extremely blause about anything you want. You ask him for a quote and he tells you he can't do that without going through a lot of computer work... he told me 560 was my quote for transport for 805 miles... pretty good so we decided to go with them. First they tell me i have to paypal him $170 before they'll accept the work, which i've never had any other company say. He told me he'd pick it up on the 21st of december.

I call back about the 26th, he hasn't picked it up but he tells me it'll be picked up the next day that 27th.

I call back on the 31st and he tells me he has no idea where my car is, if it's picked up, if it's at the dealership still... he has no idea because he can't see his computer. I tell him to call me back whenever he gets back to his computer but he says it'd be 3 days later. I bit the bullet and told him that's fine to call me back that day. He didn't even ask for my phone number so i assume he mentally checked that task off when i hung up the phone.

I call him back on the 4th of January and he tells me the car will be picked up later that day and will be to our dealership on Sunday the 6th. It's now the 7th and i just asked him where it is and he says "this car has not been picked up. Someone should pick it up tomorrow."

This is the first and last time I'll use this extremely poor quality carrier service.

this order was cancelled by us, since we could not find a truck, full deposit was refunded,customer was told that this was a difficult move the day he booked order. Always when the customer hears the truth, they do not like it and become belligerent and condescending.
