Our brand new truck arrived late to the port with extensive scratches everywhere. WHen the driver Pedro Ocampo originally picked up our vehicle at the dealership he reportedly caused a scene- dropping the F-bomb and was cursing that he did not know our pick up truck was actually a truck and did not have room for it. Once the truck arrived with multiple deep scratches on the backhatch and back of the cab, we made multiple phone calls to Yaser Assaf, who made promises to call back but never did. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO THEM AND BEWARE- they subcontract with many other carriers- FIND OUT WHO IS ACTUALLY MOVING YOUR VEHICLE!!
We moved another one with PASHA and they were amazing!
