I gave two of my cars to this company to be transported from NY to CA. One of my cars was severley damaged and taken to a very cheap body shop and sprayed with a horrible quality job somewhere on the way. Dust all over inside and outside of the car!! when I called Royal Car Movers, he distanced himself from the carrier ( United Auto Transport Inc. in AZ) and said " I'm just a broker and I have done my job which was bringing your cars on time!" and said "I'm on your side and will help you by provinding the carrier's insurance info." which I could have found it myself. He gave me the carrier's insurance info and I have been calling them almost every other day for the last four weeks !!! No progress, no call back from them! The right way of doing business is to take responsibility every step of the way. I have found this broker and its sub-contractor totally unprofessional and do not recommend anyone using these companies mentioned above.
