The order was dispatched to us by the dispatcher, Nelson, a day prior to the scheduled pick-up. The driver reached out to the customer to confirm the time frame, but the customer requested documents from our side, which we are not obligated to provide as we are a third-party logistics company facilitating the transport between the customer and Royal Auto Ship. Despite this, the broker advised me to proceed with sending the driver to the pick-up location, with the understanding that if the vehicle was not obtained, the dry run fee would be covered. Upon arrival at the pick-up location, the customer did not respond, and the vehicle was not collected. When I attempted to contact the dispatcher, I did not receive a timely response. It wasn’t until I requested a call with the manager that I received any feedback. During this conversation, the dispatcher attempted to disregard the dry run fee that was previously promised, stating that it was not their fault that the vehicle was not obtained. NELSON agreed on the phone that he lied in order to even have a chance at pick up costing us fuel and money, this company is a fraud at its core.
