From beginning to end, Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable with the whole process. I will definitely use Roadway for future transports. I feel that the price was right in line with other companies and the customer service was fantastic. I received a call from the carrier driver letting me know when to expect him and also got an email after my vehicle was loaded and enroute to Florida. Thanks to Jim, I was able to concentrate on closing up my Chicago house and packing the family up for our winter in Florida. Thank you. A+++
