Obviously putting their own reviews on their web site. This company left me high and dry when they transposed two numbers on my zip code. Not only did I have to pay for the shipping in full, I then had to rent a trailer and drive 3 hours to get my car. They were claiming no responsibility (trying to distance themselves) and would not help me with the transporter.
The auto transport company they hired to transport my car tried to leave my car at one of their customers houses while charging me an extra $120.00 for storage. I paid for a storage facility and evidently that was the best they could do!!! Altogether un-professional. Both Road Runner and DA Multiservices. I will NEVER EVER use this company again.
Also I did not work with one single person. Of course one person sells you the contract then they give you a generic customer service number with an extension. You don't get the same person every time. Liars and thieves they are!!!!
