I gave this company almost one month in advance to pickup car and never heard from them again. I called a week ahead and then 3 more times and they assured me it would be picked up.. They never once called me and told me the status for pickup. Then finally called them two days before and then day of and they said they don't have anyone to pickup vehicle. Then the last day I called and the representative, he said if I paid another $100 he could get someone to pick up the car. So disappointed, customer service was terrible, needless to say would never ever use them again nor recommend them to anyone. The last day the representative said I had a bad cell phone and could not hear me (YIKES) . I called another transporter and they picked up the next morning.
