I had a great experience with roadstar. I received ample communication from my sales agent as well as their customer service department leading up to the shipment of my vehicle. My vehicle was picked up promptly within the pick up window I was given and delivered a few days after pick up. I received a call 1 day prior to my pick up from my sales agent and then again 3 hours from the driver himself before pick up and another call when he was 1 hour out from delivering the car. The driver was courteous and professional when he loaded and unloaded my vehicle, I was very pleased with the overall service I received. Solid team in my opinion.
