They were pretty decent about picking up my car and transporting it from Ohio to Florida. I requested a morning pick up but they did not arrive until 4:30 P.M. but other than that, they did a good job. They were able to get my car from my house and take it down to my friend in Florida without any issues. It arrived in Florida a day early.
