On behalf of our team here at Road Runner Auto Transport we apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. In the transport industry we are sometimes susceptible delays due to circumstances that are out of our control. We try to make the transport as smooth as possible by keeping our customers informed throughout the process and reiterate that all dates are estimated and not guaranteed, as is stated in our contract. Once again we apologize and thank you for your feedback as it will aid us in better serving our customers in the future.
