On behalf of our team here at Road Runner Auto Transport we apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. In the transport industry we are sometimes susceptible to carrier cancellations due to circumstances that are out of our control. When this occurs we kindly ask that our customers have patience as we locate a new carrier for your route. In your specific case we were able to locate another carrier within a day however you decided to cancel. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience. Please note you have since been refunded in FULL and were NOT charged any cancellation fee it may just take a few days for the transaction to appear on your account.
