River City was very helpful and flexible in arranging the pick-up of my vehicle. I had a change in my schedule a few days before pick-up, and they were able to handle it just fine. The car was delivered without any real issues. The car arrived VERY dirty because of winter road conditions, which is understandable. Would have been nice if the windshield was cleaned before delivery.
