Mitch was up front and honest with me from the first call. I felt confident with him after speaking to so many other transporters and their BS stories. He told me that he would have a driver within minutes and sure enough, he did. I was totally shocked. I did my homework on Rite Way as well as the Carrier that picked up my vehicle and everything looked legit! Definitely would use and recommend...cause that's the "RITE WAY to TRANSPORT"! A-1+. Customer service at its best. Don't worry Mitch...I ain't going Brooklyn on you! You got me my carrier as promised...now just got to see if it gets to the destination as quoted! But I know it will! Thanks!
