In this note I want to praise the customer service afforded by rep. Vanessa McCalla. She was very informative, courteous, professional,and she always kept on top of the transport updates with constant customer contact information and updates and availability until the car was delivered to its destination in CA on May 13, 2010. Ms. McCalla NEVER addressed me by my first name. As an unprecedented event in this industry she never addressed me as "buddy". This was a surprise and a showing of professionalism as addressing the customer as "buddy" is a common unporofessional occurrence in this industry. I felt that Ms. McCalla exceeded the service expectations that a discriminating customer such as myself has. I transport my vehicles country wide quite often and found that the pricing for this job was fair in accordance with the market conditions at the time.

Ms. McCalla is a huge asset to Reliable car Transport and in turn Reliable Car Transport is true to its name. I highly recommend your company and Vanessa to anyone seeking country wide car transport and looking to do business with this company and Ms. McCalla in the future.
