reliable did not honor contract. did not return calls made to them, asking for a definite pick-up time, or emails when we repeatedly asked for a definite pick up date. Mike was positive they could do it in our time frame. The day before we were flyiing out, they said they might get a driver for $200 more than the $625 they had quoted us. The $200 deposit was charged to our account but I had cancelled the order via email when they did not honor the contract. Mike became nasty and insulted me and was very rude. It was then that i cancelled the order. I also put a hold on my credit card. they attempted to charge my credit card but were denied. i spent two (2) full days trying to get this all resolved and was very distraught.
