I had my car moved from Orlando, FL to a city near Dallas, TX. Reindeer picked up my car within the two hour block they said they would and thoroughly inspected the car for damage. The gentleman explained the process and said the office would let us know more specifically when to expect delivery. (We had already received a two week timeframe, with a probable delivery date of May 31st.) May 28th we received a voicemail saying the vehicle would arrive on the 29th and the driver would call when he was closer. By 10am the car was delivered and there was no damage or anything missing from inside.
Everyone at the company we met or spoke with was very pleasant, helpful and professional. Glad this was the company we went with. They were a little more expensive than some of the quotes we received, but then the others' delivery timelines were much broader (three weeks or more) and we wanted to make sure the car arrived by a specific date.
