First, let me say that the actual driver that got the load did an excellent job of keeping in touch, calling when there were changes and overall taking care of business. Car arrived in excellent condition.
BUT Reggie is a "broker" and as I understand it he just takes your order and for $95 bucks your haul goes on the "Board." The actual carrier is whoever accepts the haul. The "Board" is where my order stayed until I contacted Reggie the "Broker" after patiently waiting 14 days past the availability date with no communication. I was told and it's on their website that 3-10 days is typical. Only after two weeks and my call with the stated plan of finding another shipper if the car didnt get "picked up" soon did the "broker" actually go to work for me on the phone and arranged for a pickup.
All in all it could have been much worse and my car arrived 28 days after it availability date. I chose Reggie because he was among the low bidders and he was very informative on the front end of the process.
If communication and enthusiasm had remained constant after the money had changed hands I would be leaving an exceptional reccomendation. It didn't, so I am leaving a ho hum evaluation. Bottom line: I got what I paid for.
