Still Waiting ! ! ! Poor customer service ! ! !

We called for our Lexus IS350 to be picked up a week ago (04/10/07) and still has not been picked up (04/18/07), or have a guaranteed pick up date yet. Before collecting your deposit they tell you 1-3 days for pick up. After you pay deposit it jumps to 2-4 days. We have waited 8 days now and the vehicle still has no guaranteed pick up date. They may be inexpensive, but if you are renting a vehicle until yours comes in as we are, you might as well pay another company more. They DO NOT call you back. POOR customer service as well.

Well I just got off the phone with Reggie Willis and he is now refunding my deposit because I am dissatisfied with lack of service as he assured me in an email. I did not ask for a refund, because it seems a good and reputable company would rectify the situation and follow through. This was not the case with Reggis Willis Transportation.

I have many cars shipped because I am a Corvette enthusiast and buy from all over the US, however, I now deal with Vipers and Prowlers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. I am a victim of deceit and false advertisement. I welcome anyones question's regarding our horrible experience with this company.

I dispatched this unit the second day I had it booked. When our truck called to make arrangements the car had not been paid for. This customer has been rude and arogent from day one. I chose to refund his deposit rather than put up with his verbal harassment. If two day service is not good enough for him I can not help him. I do all I can to be honest and provide great customer service. Some people like this customer can not be satisfied.
