I dispatched this unit the second day I had it booked. When our truck called to make arrangements the car had not been paid for. This customer has been rude and arogent from day one. I chose to refund his deposit rather than put up with his verbal harassment. If two day service is not good enough for him I can not help him. I do all I can to be honest and provide great customer service. Some people like this customer can not be satisfied.
