The overall experience went well, My car made it to the requested destination in a timely fashion. I was not thrilled with the communication. I was told I was to receive a phone call the day prior to the expected pick for notification of a timeframe, I did not receive that call and had to call in myself. The pick-up did not happen on the suggested day and once again I was forced to call in to find out the situation, this onus most likely falls on the driver, however I should have been notified.

Denise was very polite and helpful when I did speak with her.
