We received quotes from many carriers about 2 months early and chose one in the mid-range with good reviews. Then gas prices rose a lot and none of the carriers were interested in transporting our car. We ended up increasing the price paid by about $400 in increments and one the last possible day to meet our needs, someone decided to pick it up and from then on all was great. I talked to many reps from Red Carpet, all friendly and helpful, but if the price isn't right, no one will pick up your car. So just beware that you may end up paying more for the transport than the quote. But the folks at Red Carpet did their best in a very strange industry.
