Pick and drop off was missed or late. But the Red Carpet person handling the account was excellent.

I would use them again. I was told that the trucker broke down on his way to the drop off.
They did seem like good enough guys when they arrived. I did have to pick up cash to pay the driver of the truck. Initially I was told I was able to pay with a credit card. Not true.
