I contacted this service because of their BBB rating. My original contact was with Tony. His quote was similar to others I obtained. As this was my first experience shipping a vehicle, Tony provided some good advice and suggestions. All follow up after the initial call was with Cheryl. She stayed on top of the service and was extremely pleasant. They found a very carrier service which took good care of the car. The driver was courteous and kept me informed along the route. My only suggestion would be for the broker service to check back after they find a driver. Not sure if this is standard practice, but I never heard back after the driver was located and the pick up was confirmed.
