Felicia was very kind and caring about my situation re: Father and his Dementia. It took over so quickly! I had to ask her to hold off on anything. Right before my father passed, we decided to go get the RV ourselves. She understood and canceled our order. She always returned my calls. She kept me updated as well as she could, considering the size of my RV, etc., she did get a quote for me, and explained to me, it could not be transported open carrier. It was to tall in height, would not work on open carrier. Would have to be towed or driven away. The price was a shock to me, but I understood. Note* when requesting info. on transporting ? for you, don't take the early quotes from many company's , as real. Wait until everything is known, and discussed. Then you will get a real quote.... Felicia, We want to thank you lady for being so great!! If I ever need anyone again, I will certainly call you!!! Its a choice, and a good one.... Felicia knows her business, and is a professional, diligent, and very pleasant. Thank you again Felicia..... "May you be blessed and may the Angels always embrace you and yours...."
