As this was my first time to ship my car anywhere, I was nervous and clueless about the process. I received over 15 estimates when I checked something on-line indicating that I was looking to ship my car from NJ to Las Vegas. Red Carpet Auto Transport's estimate was in the middle range but because of the positive reviews they've received from their customers, I called Doug Johnson.
Doug was very patient and thorough about explaining the shipping process to me. I felt much more comfortable after talking to him so decided to go with Red Carpet. Doug listened to my situation and advised me the best way to proceed. After we made the car available, it took only 4 days for the car to be picked up. Onixe (the shipping company) was also excellent. Although they gave a window of 7 to 9 days for delivery, the car was delivered in 5 days. Nonna at Onixe was very helpful.
Overall, my first experience with shipping my car was excellent thanks to Doug at Red Carpet and Nonna at Onixe. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
