Julie helped me a lot to pick up the car. The car was disassembled and the seller who should help in the delivery was a very complicated person. Julie did a great work with him to agree a pick up date. Also did a great work choosing a driver with patience to treat with the guy that should deliver the car, doing the shipping possible.
In summary, Juie was very courteous, helped me very much in my needs in a difficult shipping processes and we had a very good communication. The delivery time was not short but not because of the Red Carpet service but because they were treating with a person that made the pick up something complicated.
