She was in fact the correct Rep taking care of your order throughout the shipping process. Our reps here actually represent certain customers and Katelin handled hers with you professionally. And as you mentioned, she did an excellent job. As for anything related to the carrier that may have cause grief, I am sorry, Katelin did her best to remedy the situation.
