As many other have suggested, I looked around and compared roughly 6 different companies before coming across Red Carpet Auto Transport. Although the price was higher than some other companies I had talked to, it was the amount of time the representative (Mike Noyes and Tige Yeargin) was willing to spend on the phone with me to talk me through the entire process of how the auto transport company works that made me comfortable with trusting my car with Red Carpet. Not many companies spend the time to patiently answer all your questions and inform you of exactly how the system works, causing misunderstanding when things don't go how you had imagined. But both Mike and Tige made sure I understood exactly what to expect. Definitely worth the extra money since this company genuinely cares about the customer.
