Shawn was excellent. He clearly explained the delivery procedure. Within 2 hours of contracting with Red Carpet, Shawn called with the name of the carrier who would transport our car. The carrier CAA was excellent. They picked up the car the day Shawn said they would and actually delivered the car to Los Angeles ahead of time. Shawn follwed up to make sure the pickup took place on time and again to make certain delivery took place on time, the condition of the car on arrival (excellent) and our overall satisfaction with the process. I would use Red Carpet and Shawn again without hesitation. The highest level of professionalism was evident throughout the whole process.
