I was leaving Houston to go to Maine for school and had been shopping car movers for a month. I finally got quoted 600 and was told that there would be no delay in shipping because this was a family company and they have their own trucks. The guy insisted that there would be no increase in the rate no matter what and also told me that there would be no outside company driver to book. I had to pay a 100 dollar deposit at booking and would pay 500 to the driver once delivered. He said he would call to set up a time once the pick up day approached. It came to a few days prior to pickup; no call. I started calling them and no answer all the way up to the pick up date. After calling them nonstop, the guy I had been dealing with finally picked up the phone and said the driver had cancelled! Nobody ever tried to contact me about this! I pleaded with him to try and find someone else. He told me he would call back but he never did. 3 days later, it was time for me to fly to Maine and I had no car being shipped to me. I had planned ahead of time and accordingly in order to get to Maine once my car arrived so that I can travel to school but that never happend. Even up until this moment, I have yet to hear from them regarding this. This is the worst company ever and everyone should avoid them. They lie about the cost to get the deposit and never ship. They claim their "driver" had cancelled when I know that's just a lie. Nobody use them ever no matter what price!
