Dear Fred, Josh and Jaun
I have all this documented in long emails if any one wants to see!
This is just a smal portion of the angst your company has caused me and the owner of this car!

This is the contract I agreed to $449.00 Fred told me the car would be picked up in NH on Monday . He jacked it up to $500 after he took my deposit of 100.00 for "insurance purposes"

The trucker picked up my car 7 days late . In the end I had to agree to the truckers fee of 650.00 plus the 100 deposit they already took after they picked up my car, they held my 12k car hostage!

Josh told me that Rapid would accept all responsibility and that Fred had been fired and that Monday $100.00 would be credited to my credit card and that by Wednesday the 3rd of August I would get another $150.00 credited to my credit card.

Now here it is a week later and none of this has happen I was told friday afternoon )Aug 5th)by Jaun he would call me back he couldnt here me.. when he didnt I called Josh and he said he woul call me back at 4:30 and that didnt happen either.n!

Now this still hasnt happened and it is Aug. 10th Josh has told me to ........ off and that he cant authorize the money. I asked him to give me the name of his superior and he refused..
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have most of this in emails from this company!!!!!!!!!!!
