Overall I was very satisfied with the service provided by AmeriFreight. They were fast and easy to contact. In addition, Raechel - my agent - was highly knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. All questions I have asked were answered withsolid input and with confidence. Emails were sent to me fast ans contained very easy to understand information.

The car pick up happened prior to estimated date and delivery happened 2 days after ETA. This was disappointing. I understand things happen but in this case, the customer should be contacted and advised rather than having the customer calling for info. Furthermore, the key justification was that there were two cars behind mine and the driver had not been successful getting in contact with the owners of these cars. There was not one moment that the driver ofeered to remove the cars to deliver mine on time eventhough I wuestioned him why I was being negatively impacted by behavior of other peple. No action from the driver side was seen toward this challenge.

The car arrived in a good shape. A Car Wash would be nice prior to receive the car. Even if it was optional.

Claims and damage forms were clear and well managed. All parties involved had a clear copy of the same document. This facilitates conversation and both pick-up an ddelivery guys did a good job wlaking customer through document and getting alignment.

The price is reasonable but it should be payable 100% by credit card. Having significant part paid by cash at te moment of delivery creates work for the customer and no service provider should give work to their customers.
